Purpose: Allows experts invited by corporate bodies for the purpose of providing specialized skilled services.
Eligibility: Experts performing short-term projects (such as after-sale installations, Commissioning/Upgrading/Maintenance/Repairs of equipment and machinery, Training and capacity building for Nigerian staff, Audit of machinery/ Equipment and financial records etc.) after the approval of the Comptroller General of Immigration.

Requirements

• Visa Authority Letter from Immigration (pre-approval letter).
• Valid Passport (not less than 6 months validity).
• Return/Onward Ticket.

Steps to Obtain

1. Host Company Seeks Approval
2. Receive Pre-Approval from the Comptroller General of Immigration.
3. Apply at Embassy
4. Submit Visa Application with visa requirements and payment of visa fees.
5. Obtain Visa.

Validity: 30 days from issuance.
Extendable?: Yes (where applicable)
Stay duration:  work permit not exceeding 30 days single entry.
Restrictions: Only Specialized or project-based tasks.
Family/Group Applications: No.
