Purpose: Short visit visa for staff of International Non-Governmental organizations (INGOs) for the purpose of INGO activities.
Eligibility: Employees and volunteers of INGOs with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Nigerian Government.

Requirements

• Valid Passport (Not less than 6 months validity).
• Letter of Invitation from INGO in Nigeria.
• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Government of Nigeria and the INGO.
• Proof of Funds.
• Return Ticket.
• Evidence of hotel reservation or Host address in Nigeria.

Steps to Obtain

1. Confirm INGO’s MOU with Nigerian authorities.
2. Apply online (embassy).
3. Submit Visa Application with visa requirements and pay visa fees.
4. Obtain Visa.

Validity: 90 days from issuance.
Extendable: Yes (Where applicable)
Stay duration:  30 days Single entry.
Restrictions: No employment. Permitted to perform INGO related activities only.
Family/Group Applications: Group applications for up to 10 persons.
